We have found this CSA out here that is just perfect for us--no long term commitment, we can stop/pause/etc any time, and order weekly or biweekly. Currently biweekly works for us. It pushes us in the vegetable direction. We need help in that area. Whole grains we do. Fruits we love. Vegetables, we struggle. We have come up with some yummy meals inspired by what comes in our boxes.
A couple weeks ago, we made one of my favorite fall soups--a broccoli, potato, cheddar cheese soup with a yummy salad. Pretty and yummy. I love it!
